The angry mum claims the incident highlighted failures in Australia's public guardianship system. But the young woman, 22, didn't want to go and is heard crying as she was led out of the house by two officers with the help of paramedics. She filmed the incident after police turned up to her home early one morning armed with guardianship papers to remove her daughter from her care. The footage continues with the deaf woman struggling with the officers outside.
